Since she was a child, Novelette has spent the majority of her life in the position of learning first and then sharing what she learned with others.

Novelette works with students of all ages from K-12 in a variety of spheres; teaching, coaching, and mentoring. Her daily vocation is teaching High School English and Drama. She began her learning as a child herself, working at numerous summer camps, then moved on to mentoring first-year university students, working with at-risk youths following university, before finally entering the education profession. She has also worked with adults looking to further their education. Novelette travelled and taught internationally for four years.
